Our Return & Exchange Promise

  • Return Window: We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same perfect condition as when they arrived at your doorstep.
  • Initiation: To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team within the 15-day window at [email protected]. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Step-by-Step Guide to Returns & Exchanges

  1. Contact Our Customer Care Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
  2. Receive Your RMA & Instructions: Our friendly team will respond promptly (typically within 1-2 business days) with an RMA number and the secure return address: Northlight Sale Store, 2584 Harron Drive, Baltimore, MD 21201, United States.
  3. Pack Your Item Securely: Please repack the item in its original packaging, including all parts and documentation. Include a copy of your original packing slip or order confirmation inside the box. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship Your Return: Ship the package using a trackable mail service. We recommend insuring the package, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives safely back at our store. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  5. Notify Us & Wait for Processing: Once you’ve shipped the package, please email us the tracking information. Our team will process your return or exchange within 3-5 business days of receiving the item at our warehouse.

Refund Timelines & Methods

We treat your funds with the same care we treat your personal data. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Once processed, refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for us to inspect the returned item and initiate the refund after its arrival.

Exchanges

Looking for a different size of Christmas Outfits or a different style of Christmas Ornament? We’re happy to help!

  • Follow the same steps above to return the original item.
  • In your initial email, clearly state the item you wish to exchange for, including the product name and SKU if possible.
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference.
  • Standard shipping charges apply for the new item shipped to you.

Important Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health, safety, and magical integrity of our products for all our festive friends, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or Custom-Made Items: Any Christmas Ornaments, Christmas Decorations, or Christmas Dining items that have been personalized, monogrammed, or custom-made to your specifications.
  • Opened Seasonal Consumables: Any opened products from Christmas Dining & Entertaining categories intended for single use (e.g., specialty food items, opened candle sets).
  • Damaged Items Due to Customer Mishandling: Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not related to our shipping or manufacturing.
  • Clearance or Final Sale Items: Any item marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
