United States - Pack Your Item Securely: Repack the item in its original packaging with all parts and documents. Include a copy of your packing slip/order confirmation inside the box. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
- Ship Your Return: Ship using a trackable and insured service. You are responsible for the item until it arrives back with us. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Notify Us & Wait for Processing: Email us the tracking info. We will process your return/exchange within 3-5 business days of receiving the item at our warehouse.

Exchanges
Looking for a different size of Christmas Outfits or a different style of Christmas Ornament? We’re happy to help!
- Follow the steps above. In your initial email, clearly state the item you wish to exchange for (product name and SKU if possible).
- If the new item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference. If lower, we will refund the difference.
- Standard shipping charges apply for the new item shipped to you.
Important Exceptions: Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health, safety, and magical integrity of our products for all our festive friends, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized or Custom-Made Items: Any Christmas Ornaments, Christmas Decorations, or Christmas Dining items that have been personalized, monogrammed, or custom-made to your specifications.
- Opened Seasonal Consumables: Any opened products from Christmas Dining & Entertaining categories intended for single use (e.g., specialty food items, opened candle sets).
- Damaged Items Due to Customer Mishandling: Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not related to our shipping or manufacturing.
- Clearance or Final Sale Items: Any item marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
